Should I book?
We would strongly recommend booking a table to avoid disappointment

How much does it cost?
We charge a studio fee of £3 per pot to cover glazing and firing. All of our pieces are priced individually so you only pay for what you paint. Items start from £7 for small decorations up to around £40 for larger plates and vases.

How long before I can collect my pottery?
Your items will normally be ready to collect in 1 to 2 weeks. If you need something for a certain date please check with us before you paint.

How long does it take?
It really depends on what you’re looking to make and younger painters attention span. We book tables out for 2 hours, if you think you will need longer just let us know.
When can collect my pottery?

Are the paints safe and washable?
Yes! All the paints are water based, washable and we use non-toxic paints and glaze.

Can I put the pottery in the dishwasher, microwave or oven?
Our pottery is not dishwasher safe, we would recommend washing carefully by hand. We do not recommend using in a microwave or oven as the pottery will get very hot to touch.

Can I bring pottery that I have purchased elsewhere?
Unfortunately not. Due to quality issues we cannot glaze and fire pottery which has not been purchased from our studio.

Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there’s free car parking at the garden centre.

Is there wheelchair access?
Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access but are installing a ramp in the very near future.

Opening Times
The studio is open 10-4 on Saturday and Sunday for collections.

How old do you need to be?
We don’t have an age limit, if you’re happy to paint then we’re happy to have you. It's definitely not just an activity for children!
